Bradley V Fitment by Vehicle: LandCruiser, Prado, Hilux and Jimny

The Bradley V is one wheel design sold in eight specifications, and they are not interchangeable. A Prado wheel will not bolt to a 79 Series. A 300 Series wheel will not fit a 200. So the first question is which one fits your vehicle.

This is the list, vehicle by vehicle, with the numbers that decide it.

Three numbers decide fitment

PCD is the stud pattern. 5x150 means five studs on a 150mm circle. 6x139.7 means six studs on a 139.7mm circle. If the PCD is wrong, the wheel does not go on.

Width is the rim width in inches. A 16x8.0J is a 16-inch wheel, 8 inches wide.

Offset (ET) is the distance in millimetres from the wheel centreline to the mounting face. On the same rim width, a lower or negative number moves the wheel outboard.

70 Series: two sizes, two load ratings

Both 70 Series fitments are 5x150 at ET-15. The 16x8.0J is rated to 1250kg per wheel. The 17x8.5J is rated to 1500kg per wheel.

If the vehicle carries a tray, a canopy and a touring load, start with the load rating and choose the finish afterwards. Our 70 Series wheel fitment guide covers offset and flare clearance in detail.

300 Series, 250 Series and GX550: ET55 or ET40

This is the only fitment offered in two offsets. Both are 18x8.5J on 6x139.7. ET40 places the wheel 15mm further outboard than ET55.

Which one suits depends on tyre size and how the vehicle is set up. Send us the details before ordering.

Prado, FJ Cruiser and Hilux

Prado 120, Prado 150, FJ Cruiser and Hilux 125 share one specification: 17x8.0J, ET20, 6x139.7. It comes in four finishes.

The 80 Series and Prado 90 use a different wheel, 16x8.0J at ET0. Same stud pattern, different size and offset.

Jimny

The Jimny wheel is 16x6.0J at ET-6 on 5x139.7. It is the narrowest Bradley V we list.

What every size shares

Construction. Low-pressure cast, one piece. 4x4 Engineering Service introduced its first Bradley wheel in 1983. The Bradley V came out of a setback at the 1988 Paris-Dakar Rally, where the company's rally wheels deformed under impact.

Knurled bead seats. A fine machined texture on the bead seat that resists the tyre slipping on the rim under sudden torque. 4x4 Engineering Service applies it to selected sizes, so ask us whether the size you are ordering has it.

Load ratings. The two figures above are the ones published for the 70 Series sizes. For any other size, ask us for the manufacturer figure before you order.

The short version

  • 70, 100 and 200 Series are 5x150. Prado, Hilux, FJ Cruiser, 80, 250 and 300 Series are 6x139.7. Jimny is 5x139.7.
  • 70 Series: 16x8.0J at 1250kg or 17x8.5J at 1500kg, both ET-15.
  • 300 and 250 Series: choose ET55 or ET40. ET40 sits 15mm further out.
  • Finishes vary by size. Check the table before you set your heart on a colour.

Before you buy

Changing wheel size, offset or track can affect compliance with your state's vehicle standards, so check before you order. Professional installation required. Load ratings are per wheel. Send us your vehicle model, year and tyre size and we will confirm the correct specification.
