GUARANTEE

Unless otherwise noted, all of ROHMY’s products are guaranteed to be first quality merchandise. Many products carry a manufacturer's warranty. ROHMY will pass this warranty on to original buyer. Parts purchased used or through unauthorized distribution channels will no longer carry a warranty whatsoever. There is no warranty, expressed or implied, on any parts used for competition or off-road events. Additionally, there is no warranty on electrical parts. Buyer shall notify ROHMY immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with our return policy and at buyer's expense. We will replace all defective items that meet return/replacement requirements, but will not accept any liability for loss or inconvenience caused by their use or failure. All warranties are voided if defect has been caused in whole or in part by improper installation, abuse or misuse. We reserve the right to withhold issuance of credit until returned defective part has been examined and tested.

PRODUCT USE

Many products sold by ROHMY may not be ADR approved or CAMS approved for highway use on public roads. These products are designed for show, off-road or racing applications only. It is the sole and complete responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their vehicles meet all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of performance products and holds ROHMY PTY LTD and its owners harmless of any liability.

Pre-Order Products

1. Made-to-Order Basis
   All pre-order products offered by our company are manufactured strictly on a made-to-order basis. Production will commence immediately after the order is placed, and therefore all pre-order items are non-cancelable and non-refundable under any circumstance.
2. Production Lead Time (4–8 Weeks)
   Each pre-order product requires a dedicated production schedule.
   The standard production lead time is approximately 4 to 8 weeks from the date the order is successfully placed.
   This timeframe may vary depending on the product’s specifications, engineering requirements, and production queue.
3. Processing and Fulfillment
   Upon completion of production, all pre-order items will be dispatched sequentially. Shipping will be arranged through international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, and tracking information will be provided once the shipment is released.
4. Non-Cancellation Policy
   Due to the customized, made-to-order nature of pre-order items, customers acknowledge and agree that:
   
• Pre-order items cannot be cancelled,
• Pre-order items cannot be changed,
• Pre-order items cannot be refunded once production has commenced.
  By completing a pre-order transaction, the customer fully accepts these conditions.
5. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
   By placing a pre-order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms, including the specified 4–8 week production period and the non-cancellation policy. These terms form part of a legally binding agreement between the customer and the company

All prices displayed on this website are listed in AUD and are exclusive of any applicable local, regional, or international taxes, duties, or import charges.

As we operate and ship worldwide, any applicable taxes — including Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) where required — will be calculated and clearly itemised at checkout based on the shipping destination provided.

Customers are solely responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or import fees imposed by their local jurisdiction. If your shipping address is located in a tax-exempt region, no such taxes will be applied once the address details are entered at checkout.
