3. Warranty Claims and Conditions
To file a warranty claim, the following steps must be followed:
• Provide proof of purchase and professional installation records.
• Submit detailed photos of the defect, along with a description of the issue.
• Complete and submit the ROHMY warranty claim form within 30 days of noticing the defect.
Once a claim is initiated, the product must be returned to ROHMY for inspection or replacement within 30 days. Claims that are initiated but not completed within the original warranty period will be void. Additionally, claims will be denied if damage is due to improper use or maintenance.
4. Inspection and Labor Costs
Costs associated with inspection or labor, including diagnostics or assessments, are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are not included in the warranty coverage.
5. Maintenance Requirements
To maintain warranty eligibility, customers must follow ROHMY’s recommended maintenance guidelines:
• Cleaning: Only use non-corrosive cleaning agents as outlined in the product manual. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive tools.
• Inspection: Perform regular inspections for wear, rust, or damage, and take action as recommended by ROHMY.
Failure to meet these maintenance requirements will void the warranty.
6. Parts Replacement and Warranty Period
Any replacement part provided under warranty is covered only for the remainder of the original product’s warranty period. The warranty does not restart or extend for the replacement part.
7. Return Shipping and Labor Costs
ROHMY does not cover shipping costs for returned products or the installation labor involved in product removal or reinstallation. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping fees for any products sent back for warranty claims or other reasons.
For products purchased through our online shop, customers must bear the return shipping cost. Similarly, labor costs for installation at our physical locations are not covered under this warranty.
