INDIVIDUAL SHIPPING ADJUSTMENT
This item is for individual shipping cost only.
Shipping costs will be quoted after your order is placed, based strictly on the address provided in your order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all address details entered in the order are complete and accurate. All shipping arrangements will be executed strictly according to the address shown on the order. Any incorrect or inconsistent information may result in delays, additional costs, or delivery issues, for which we cannot be held responsible.
When selecting Local Pickup, you are still required to enter the correct address in both the Delivery Address and Destination Address fields, as this information will be used for shipping quotation and order processing.
Once the shipping cost has been confirmed and you proceed with payment via the provided payment link, you must ensure that the address shown on the shipping invoice/payment link matches exactly with the address in your original order. This serves as a second confirmation of your delivery details.
Our sales team will rely solely on the address recorded in the order system for all processing and shipping arrangements. Any request for changes must be clearly stated in writing prior to shipment, and must be consistent across all documentation.
International Shipping Notice
Due to the high cost and slower logistics associated with shipping from Australia, we have implemented a regional fulfillment system to better serve our international customers and reduce overall shipping expenses.
- Japan: Orders within Japan will be fulfilled directly from our Japan warehouse.
- Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan: Orders will be shipped from our authorized regional distributors.
- Rest of the world: Orders will be dispatched from either our Japan warehouse or our China-based distributor, depending on the most efficient and cost-effective option.
For orders within Australia and New Zealand, all shipments will be fulfilled from our Australia warehouse.
This approach ensures faster delivery times and more competitive shipping costs by utilizing the most strategically located fulfillment center for your region.

RETURNS
ROHMY does not accept unauthorized returns. In the event that an item must be returned, the customer must first contact us and obtain a Return Authorization Number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package.
Contact sales@rohmy.com.au before initiating any return. Returns sent without authorization will not be processed.
Items must be returned in original packaging, unused and uninstalled, and received by ROHMY within 14 days of your original receipt.
Include your original invoice — with date of sale — inside the return package.
All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, except where the return resulted from our error.
Special order and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless a manufacturer's defect is present.
No credit or exchange is available for items that have been installed, used, or deformed. Any damage must be reported to ROHMY prior to any installation.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return was caused by our error.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All items are shipped via Australian local express carriers unless prohibited by size or weight, in which case a motor freight carrier will be used. Expedited shipping may be available at additional cost upon request.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please check out your order and select "Local Pickup" at checkout if you would like to ship outside Australia. Email your order number to sales@rohmy.com.au and our sales team will reply with a purchase link for the correct international shipping cost. International orders may be dispatched via DHL at our discretion.
Please note that duties and taxes applicable on importation, as well as any brokerage fees, are the full responsibility of the customer.
TRANSIT DAMAGE
ROHMY and its suppliers deliver merchandise to carriers properly protected and packaged. Damage incurred in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. If a package appears damaged upon arrival, note the specific condition on the receipt from your carrier before signing. If damage is discovered after opening the package, notify the carrier immediately. ROHMY will assist you in your claim to a practical degree.
